"Gaudí's solitude" draws a poetic parallel between the life of the architect and Catalan society during the year of 2020. The movie submerges us in the realities of local neighbors and diverse communities as it evokes profound reflections on the transient nature of life and the inescapable embrace of mortality.

A Tibetan Buddhist monk and Catalan astronomers engage in contemplation, delving into the depths of life, death, and the eternal cycle of rebirth. Despite using different words, the existential implications hold remarkable similarities.
Meanwhile, entrepreneurs embark on a quest for innovative business models that not only generate revenue but also foster a harmonious relationship with society, nurturing a mutually beneficial impact.
guerilla filmmaking
When the filmmaker first moved to Barcelona in march 2020, the sudden onset of lockdowns began.
Adapting to this and observing the profound emotional impact it had across the city, he spontaneously started this project that would not only encapsulate the present moment but also present a proactive outlook on the situation.
Lacking connections to form a crew or rent filming gear, he was left with no alternative but to undertake every aspect of the documentary by himself, encompassing scriptwriting, production, camera, sound, conducting interviews, editing etc.
In 2021 the film obtained official selection at the Suncine Festival and was co-financed by the Goethe Foundation.
